Dear Members Of The City,
It is urgent that the south side of the 800 block of Santa Cruz Ave be opened ASAP
There is nothing happening as far as gatherings etc. as was intended to take place with the closing. We have taken time lapse camera images and they show very little action on the block
I talked with a police officer who said that tickets were given out to drivers going through the parking lot.because they could not continue on Santa Cruz He said it was a dangerous situation.
Also now that the north side is open to traffic the parking spaces are mostly taken up.
It will help to have the parking spaces on the south side available for the customers that support the shops and thus bring sales tax revenue to the city that needs funds.
It would be nice for the clients of Galata to conveniently park in front or near by.
