I know there are bigger issues than the one I am bringing up so thank you for reading my suggestion.
Driving up and down Oak Grove from El Camino to Menlo Atherton HS, between the "rush hour" of 7:45 am until around 8:15am. At the intersection of Laurel and Oak Grove, heading toward El Camino, so many drivers make a left turn at that light. Because of all the oncoming drivers only one car will make it through the light only when it turns yellow to red. The backup is terrible. A simple fix, like in other locations, put a no left turn between the hour(s) of 7:30 to 8:30am M-F.
