Hello,I've lived in Menlo Park for nearly 20 years now and I'm writing to let you know that my entire family is very excited about
the New Guild project. Actually, the entire community is very excited about it.
We are personally huge fans of live music and nightlife, as well as movies. Menlo Park would be much improved by the New Guild as
there is a dearth of nightlife venues and activities currently.
I also believe that from a city tax revenue perspective it could be a boon, AND if done correctly, it could possibly even serve to
feed existing and new local businesses in the vicinity of the project. Thinking bars and restaurants for example.
