My name is Ward Bullard, and my family lives on Cotton Street in Menlo Park.
I'm pleased that the New Guild project is continuing to move ahead, with a follow-up in front of your group next week. I ask that
you hear the exciting vision of Drew Dunlevie and the New Guild leadership team and support their proposal.
Our family and our friends are enthusiastic about the impact of the project - not only for our own selfish arts and entertainment
benefit, but also for the impact to our community in terms of additional business for local restaurants / bars, tax dollars for
our city and a stage/platform for our talented community members (young and young at heart!).
