Dear City Council members
I am writing to state my concern about the upcoming proposals. I believe that it is a poorly thought out proposal with insufficient research regarding the impact on the whole community, not just on the current merchants on Santa Cruz.
I use the council to scale down the proposal drastically if not shelve it completely until you can come up with a better one.
