To the Honorable Mayor Combs and Members of the City Council:
Attached is a formal request for the City Clerk to produce public records and documents, as required by the California Public Records Act, relevant to the City Staff’s proposed actions involving possible disposition or transfer of the downtown public parking lots. We look forward to the City’s timely response and production of the requested public records, hopefully prior to the Council hearing currently scheduled for January 14, 2025.
