Dear Council,
I would like you to not only consider building one parking structure but two, close Santa Cruz Avenue from the El Camino to University Avenue and make a promenade for people to stroll and enjoy the downtown area. Trying to drive up or down Santa Cruz right now is a hazardous experience. Being able to park and then spend time walking the area would benefit shoppers and the businesses.
