I would like to see the city proceed with a proposal for the downtown housing on 3 of the downtown parking lots. We have lived at 2061 Camino A Los Cerros for over 20 years now. And while we have seen progress in Palo Alto and RWC on a more modern approach to parking (parking garages) and more detailed plans for more housing/apartments, Menlo Park has lagged. I have been encouraged to see the old Vacant lots that had car dealerships developed into retail/housing and would like to see the city continue to modernize and make good use of the other space downtown. I often go to RWC or Palo Alto instead of Menlo Park. We are losing out to these near by cities.
Thanks,
Nancy Bush
