I hope that this note finds you well. It's certainly been a busy time in Menlo Park, so before asking you my question, I want to
thank you for your work and your responsiveness as people have communicated with you.
I saw the print announcement for the special council meeting tomorrow night in the Daily Post today and have a quick question that
I hope that you can answer:
Who has design authority/approval authority over layout/content for print announcements?
I'm inquiring about the process because I'd like to suggest that there may be ways that such announcements can be made even more
effective and thus, result in a healthier level of civic engagement.
Any information that you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
