I just want to weigh in and share that I strongly feel like a random process (ie a lottery) to determine which districts will get
to vote in 2018 vs 2020 is the most fair to all of the constituents of Menlo Park and is the best way to resolve this tricky
issue. We all deserve an equal shot.
