I'm following up on the following California Public Records Act request, copied below, and originally submitted on Oct. 23, 2017.
You had previously indicated that it would be completed on Nov. 16, 2017. I wanted to check on the status of my request, and to
see if there was a new estimated completion date. You had assigned it reference number #P001027-110217.

On Oct. 23, 2017, the City received your records request submitted on Oct. 23, 2017.
According to your request, you wish to obtain the following information:
All email and text messages (i.e. SMS messages) related to labor bill AB 1250 sent from and received by Menlo Park CIty Council
members and public citizens, for the dates of April 1, 2017 through May 5, 2017.
This letter is to inform you that the City will require additional time to process your request. Under unusual circumstances, the
City may be allowed up to 14 additional calendar days to complete your request. In this case, additional time is required due to
the need to search for, identify and receive any responsive records from devices other than those owned/managed by the City. We
anticipate completing your request on or before Nov. 16, 2017.
