HiI've recently discovered that my district (district 3) will have no chance of being included in representation in city council
for the next 2 years. This seems extremely arbitrary and unfair.The whole point of re-districting is to give equal representation
to all members of Menlo Park - this seems to completely contradict that.
Please come up with a fairer way to ensure your constituents are all represented.
