Hi Mr. Kadivar,
Thank you for submitting this information and checking in. Also, we’d like to thank you and those representing 104 Constitution,
110 Constitution, and 115 Independence for your time last week meeting with City staff to discuss the Independence realignment. We
have reviewed the letter and attachment you provided, and understand your request to include:
1. Stop work on the T-intersection (Marsh/Independence) project
2. Analyze alternatives to the T-intersection
3. Eliminate the proposed new Independence alignment from further consideration
We are currently working on a more detailed response to your questions and concerns, and are also reviewing the alternatives you
requested.
We will circle back with you by the end of next week with an update and estimate of when we can follow up with further
information.
Best,
Nikki
