I’m Eric Lebel, a resident of Menlo Park District 3. My family and I know how hard it is to find affordable housing in this area, and I support the development of affordable housing in our downtown area. The proximity to existing businesses and good public transit like Caltrain make this a prime location for development. I look forward to reviewing some of the specific proposals for the conversion of these parking lots.
