Dear City Counsel,
As a resident of Menlo Park for the past 25 years; I would like to see a nice and beautiful Design Development in our Downtown by incorporating the surrounding business and other areas, not just residential buildings by themselves.
At this time, I dont see that aspect, to be proposed. The Planning Commision and The City Council need to be more proactive and not to rush for a response; Lets not forget that "A Mandate is not a Law"
You need to put in consideration the existing City infrastructures we have, such as:
Transportation; Schools; Energy; The new Financial System and Economic transformation we are about to have in our country.
We have questions like, whom will own the residential structures and how to incorporate the existing small business to become part of our residential and city transformation.
Big changes are about to start in all the areas we know so far. Lets Wait, I want to see changes in our beautiful city but for the moment, Im not in favor.
