Honorable Menlo Park City Council,
I support building new affordable homes downtown and I urge you to do the same on January 14th.
It appears clear that there is both a legal and a moral requirement to develop new housing in Menlo Park. In this vein, it seems premature to take any serious option off the table without appropriate exploration, particularly since one likely alternative
is a Builders Remedy and I feel strongly that the city council, run by and with members of our community, will be able to reach a better outcome than a developer motivated by their personal interests.
Please vote "yes" to letting us explore options for developing new homes downtown on January 14th.
