Dear council members,
I support the agenda item and the development of new affordable housing in downtown Menlo.
Unimproved surface parking lots are a terrible use of this valuable city property.
Redevelopment should be able to add some of the housing we need and maintain or improve access to downtown businesses. We can have both a thriving business sector and housing and should demand no less.
Thank you for moving forward to make this possible.
