Dear Council Members,
Your decision to proceed with an RFQ for the development of the Downtown Parking Lots continues to damage our downtown economy.
New or prospective businesses will be unwilling to sign leases without knowing if they will have parking for their customers.
Please listen to the overwhelming majority of the voters you represent and end this now. Please develop the Civic Center, where all 3,000 residential units could be built.
