Dear Councilmembers,
I am in favor of converting and updating the Guild Theatre, to an entertainment venue that would invigorate our downtown area.
I think a location that could show films AND host live acts would be a fabulous addition to Menlo Oark, the place I have called Home for 17+ years. The New Guild, as proposed by The Peninsula Arts Guild could be the boost to our downtown for which so many families are clamoring.
I hope the hardworking council can find a way to prioritize this project so our community doesn’t lose this exciting opportunity.
