Honorable City Consul Members,
Regarding this development, please not that we need 100% replacement for lost parking stalls. Furthermore, if you eliminate the requirement of parking space for new residential units, the new residents will park their cars in public parking and effectively reduce the available parking spaces for public use.
Traffic, parking and congestion are already bad in the downtown area and construction of new units will make it much worse. Please consider other available sites away from downtown for proposed development.
