As a local resident, I want to share my support for keeping the Guild as a movie house, featuring independent, foreign and
documentary films. It is a gem on the Peninsula and with the Park long gone, a treasure we need to protect. I could see the Guild
become much more of a community resource and hub for arts activities - using it for speakers, film festivals and maybe even live
music - but that should be done within the context of it retaining its main purpose as an art movie house.
