Midnight. High decibel pounding 1000 feet from my house like it is next door. Dozens of schoolkids live in this 1000 foot radius
from the nightmare of the overpass. I suspect many of them are being kept up as well. Is the city going to stand up and do
something? Or will citizens have to band together and file a class action suit to change anything?
