Dear City Council Members,
I wanted to express my appreciation for the City Council ‘s designation of the Belle Haven Branch Library as a top priority
project for 2019. I am very impressed with the work done as part of the needs assessment for this project, and I encourage the
Council to accept the Needs Assessment and to authorize the release of a request for proposal for the conceptual design for the
project. As a member of the board of the Menlo Park Library Foundation and resident of Menlo Park, I look forward to supporting
Menlo Park in moving forward with this important project.
