Dear City Council Members, I am writing in support of leaving Santa Cruz partial closed to cars till a more holistic approach is reviewed for downtown. And to that point as below Menlo Parks directive is to have "... an
emphasis on providing more opportunities for residents to walk, bike or take transit."
From the Menlo Park Transportation Master Plan, "A complete streets approach considers the needs of all transportation users, including people who walk, bike, drive or take transit. The TMP includes a range of recommendations
that address all travel options, with an emphasis on providing more opportunities for residents to walk, bike or take transit."
