683- Una Mas unit has been vacant for 12months. Potential tenants cite no interest due to the pandemic and Santa Cruz Ave. street closure.
693- Starbucks Coffee
643- Walgreens
Both tenants are experiencing a decrease in sales due to the pandemic and the closure of Santa Cruz Ave. We ask the city to reopen Santa Cruz Ave. to vehicle traffic as quickly as possible. We are presently negotiating a new lease with Walgreens.
