Hi Harald,
At planning Commission, we have a three minute time limit for public comment. This limit applies to every member of the public (as opposed to commissioners and the applicant). I’m not sure your 4 page letter can be read in that time - you may want to try it out loud. If in any doubt, I suggest you edit the letter so that it is comfortably within the time limit so that it is not left incomplete.
I will ask if staff could display your graphics during the reading.
Note that, in any case, all the planning commissioners have received your letter.
