How long does the community have to wait for the SISTER CITY plaque to be installed, that is weeks, months or years?
A Friendship Tree was planted by former Mayor Peter Ohtaki and Galway, Ireland former Mayor Pearce Flannery. The expectation was the plaque would soon follow, much like Galway did for us, seen and photographed by Mayor Ohtaki located in their Menlo area of Galway.
Please advise.
