I think traffic congestion is a real problem here and is only going to get worse when all the office and residential spaces you all approved are completed and occupied. It will be a nightmare to get around and across town, even worse than it now is during much of the daylight hours. You also simply must get moving quickly on parking garages in downtown. It is almost impossible to find a parking space between 11:30 and 3:00, even if just to make a quick stop at the bank, hardware store or any of the small shops in town. This should be a priority now!!!
