My name is Tiffany Lee, and here is a personal experience my child shared.
My name is Claire and I am a 7th grader at La Entrada. I'm writing to you to support installation of raised concrete sidewalks on Sharon Road between Altschul and Alameda de las Pulgas for the safety of the students. I walked home along Sharon Rd a few times and decided not to do it again. With no sidewalk for pedestrians, I found myself walking between cars parked there and those driving by. I could feel the cars going past me. The absence of sidewalks makes it unsafe for us students. So, please consider adding raised concrete sidewalks there. Thank you for your time and consideration.
