Mayor Mueller and City Council Members,
Attached please find the address that I hope to make to you tonight. I provide this to you in case for some reason I am unable to
deliver it. As you can see, it is consistent with but varies a good bit from my note to you of earlier today.
I fear that the meeting tonight will be overrun by influences from outside our community. I have seen this happen at Mountain View
Council meetings with participants orchestrated and choreographed to play on the Council's emotions. If the mob I expect
materializes I encourage the City to verify speakers' identities and citizenships.
