Hello.
I am a resident in Sharon Heights. It is my understanding that the city council recently met, but didn’t prioritize downtown Menlo Park for revitalization.
I urge the council to reconsider - given the high income of residents in the area and nearby accompanying area- downtown Menlo Park would be great to have a variety of restaurants (ethnicity, price levels) and shops (cards, clothing, shoes, etc) to only help drive foot traffic.
Please look at the city neighborhood called hayes Valles. I used to live in hayes valley - from 2010 to 2015 - they built that area up. It was once an area that residents actually avoided.
Thank you.
