Good Evening,I’ve sent 2 previous emails and no response.Down town Santa Cruz Ave. needs to be cleaned up!! Constant trash on the
sidewalk, homeless people sleeping in front of store fronts every night, aggressive pan handling at various locations, and 6-8
carts covered with unsightly tarps also parked by Wells Fargo and Pharmaca.Please get a handle on this, and homeless urinating in
Starbucks alcove as well.Thank you, Suzi
