I live in the Felton Gable area of Menlo Park. I would strongly encourage you to adopt a quiet zone policy for trains running thru Menlo Park. The quality of life is diminished with the frequent horns blaring from the passing trains. There is no need to disturb the peace in this way. Other communities have realized the trade offs balance in favor of establishing the QZ and Menlo Park with its 4 crossings should also adopt this policy. I am a long time resident as well as a frequent train rider and I strongly support a resolution to establish a QZ.
