Do not DELAY VOTE.

This email addressed to the entire city council; Delaying the tenant relocation assistance vote can mean that my family and I will become homeless before it passes. You have only heard from bad landlords. Please be kind enough to help us, we are at your mercy. Please make this bill vote retroactive to cover from the beginning of Jan. 2019, a lot of us family’s have put in for relocation assistance before hand.
“PLEASE DO NOT DELAY THE VOTE” We do not want to end up homeless as we speak. We have been given our constant reminder from landlord on our 60 Day Notice to Vacate, from Stanford Inn in 115 El Camino Real #14, Menlo Park. We have but a few days left, at 65 and 55, where do we go. I think, feel and believe he is a bad landlord/ Ranjeet Pancholy, manager, owner; and is wanting us out before the relocation bill passes, so he wont have to pay us. His reason for vacating us, is that he is demoing the property, “YET” he is still renting on line (VRBO, AirBnB and like six to nine or other on line renters and also advertising “LONG TIME ROOM STAYS” long time rentals, that does not make sense.

Ranjeet’s wife also stated to me that they were losing $2,400, they they could be making on AirBnB, compared to what we are paying now.

Please do not delay the vote! Please make it retroactive at least to the beginning of Jan. 2019.

Thank you for your time.
