Dear Mayor Ohtaki,
Thank you for the proclamation for my father, Dee Tolles. We are so grateful you have taken the time to remember him. There is a memorial service for him this Saturday, January 19th at the Menlo Circus Club , 11am. It would be a pleasure to meet you were you able to attend. Please let the other council members know as well.
