I am very concerned about the seeming pressure to move ahead with items in the above staff report. The Finance and Audit Committee
has discussed many of these items and has not received any feedback. Since a majority of the Council Members have just been
elected I hope that the Council will proceed cautiously, making sure that all related financial information related to these
projects has been thoroughly examined. The Finance and Audit Committee will be glad to assist.
