Dear City Council,
I am writing this email regarding the Item K-2 of your agenda on 3/11/2025. Please review the evaluation of a second Egress/ Ingress for the SHERDIAN Dr. project written and prepared for this item K-2 by the retired John Fernandes Administrator, Los Angeles County Office of Emergency Management.
I am requesting a second entrance/ exit as proposed by retired Administrator Fernandes.
The less cost appears to be the use of Van Buen, using the sound wall, and green belt into Van Buen, and burying the power lines across SHERDIAN Dr.
Currently, both ingress/egress’ would satisfy many safety concerns of our residents, future residents, Fire and Police, first responders.
