Hi Mayor Drew and City Council!
As a resident of Suburban Park, I am hoping you will uphold the appeal of the development at 320 Sheridan Dr. Furthermore, I urge you to do whatever is in your power to require a second entrance/exit on the Van Buren Rd side.
You have an opportunity to help keep the families of current and future residents safe. You also have an opportunity to improve the quality of life of the teachers and new residents of the development by providing efficient commuting options.
Of course, the more cynical flip side of this is that you can contribute to the future harm of children playing near the increased traffic, the additional pollution of inefficient traffic routes, and the longer commutes for teachers and district staff.
I sincerely hope the choice is clear.
