What a pleasant benefit of Covid it has been to be able to really enjoy downtown Menlo Park. It has transformed from a relatively sleepy town, to a vibrant place where the community congregates due to the partial street closure.
Please, please keep Santa Cruz partially closed for the time being. If anything this should become permanent with strong consideration for complete closure of this portion of Santa Cruz.

> It makes no sense to reopen Santa Cruz to full traffic while we are still dealing with COVID conditions and just coming to the better weather for outdoor uses. This has been one of the pleasant surprises of COVID creating an opportunity for more life, community interaction and a safe while extremely enjoyable outdoor experience.

> At the same time this has not stopped the retail shopping downtown. When COVID allows, shopping downtown is still my first choice. As weather gets better I see increased shopping with more people Downtown as COVID leaves us.
