Please, please keep the outdoor dining on Santa Cruz Avenue. Besides helping keep our beloved restaurants in business during the pandemic, it add a very European feel to our city. We need to do everything possible to protect and encourage our downtown businesses. Perhaps others will pay more attention to their rear entrances off the parking plazas.
