Yes, I agree. The noise level has increased and is very noticable, especially in the evening and early hours of the morning.
Please vote to establish our corridor as a quiet zone.

I live on Encinal Avenue and the honking of the train horns (especially those of the freight trains in the middle of the night 11pm, 4 and 5am) is a constant nuisance and deprives us from sleeping through the night. We have lived on Encinal Avenue for 20 years but it seems that the honking of horns (especially at night) is longer and louder now than it was before.
