help with outdoors dining arrangements (no "sealed off" tents - keep the area well ventilated); masks required everywhere unless you are eating; add handwashing "stations" outdoors; more bike racks; more closed off areas where merchandise would be available (not on sidewalk) but like outdoors roofed dining areas; and other improvements. Increase services for homeless - convert some motel space to shelters.
Use a parking lot some evenings to create a "drive in movie" with people safely in cars.
Convert vacant storefront windows into "galleries" for art, sculptures.
