Dear Council members,
Please continue with outside dining on Santa Cruz Ave. The restaurants have invested so much in this, just trying to survive. We need to support our downtown businesses.
I do not believe having the partial shutdown effects the shops, as some claim. There is plenty of parking behind the stores, and easy access on Menlo and Oak Grove.
Frankly, I was surprised that your yearly goals did not list revitalizing the downtown area.
