Jarrod and Todd informed us on Friday that City Management has made the decision to go against CDPH and San Mateo County guidelines for youth soccer and boys lacrosse and not allow those sports to compete on Menlo Park fields until 2-3 weeks after the County enters the Orange Tier.
Who exactly has made this decision?
