I have read and reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission regarding the property on Sand Hill Road and urge you to reconsider approval pending further action to combat the effects of excessive noise and traffic on Sand Hill Road. The residences on Sand Hill Road directly opposite to the proposed site under consideration will be unduly impacted unless some protection can be provided allowing them continued quiet enjoyment of their homes. To that end, a higher, sound proof wall would provide enough protection for the residents to enjoy the use of their homes. Please consider amending the recommendation of the Planning Commission to include a high sound proof wall on Sand Hill Road for the protection of the residents in the Sharon Oaks Community.
