Dear Council Members: Whether you build a new Library in Belle Haven or at the Civic Center, please remember to include the important element of PUBLIC ART. At the entrance to the Palo Alto Library and at the entrance to the Mountain View Library is public art. Why do they do this? Because art in all it's magnificent forms makes a difference - much like to the entrance currently seen at the Menlo Park Library- both inside and outside.
