HI City Council Members: I am enclosing a copy of the letter being mailed today to you and Mr. Rambod Hakhamaneshi , Building Department to review and refund Charges made for "Routine Construction Inspection " fee of $15,569.24 even though we have not been given construction permits by the city as of today 3/3/2021.
