To the Menlo Park City Council — I’m writing to urge you to go accept the generous donation from John Arrillaga for the Menlo Park Library. While I have significant concerns about our neighbors in Belle Haven, I am confident that a solution can be worked out that will provide a quality library for the community once a location and plan identified.
