Dear Colleagues, I'm very concerned about the "traffic impacts that cannot be mitigated" by the Stanford development on El Camino. I am concerned about inadequate measures to protect the residents from cut-through traffic and worsening congestion on El Camino. There are a number of solutions that have been put forth by residents directly to Stanford and the City. Both Stanford and the City must come to the table and meet with residents to discuss solutions to the traffic impacts. I urge the Planning Commission to NOT approve the EIR until there is dialogue and discussion with local residents about traffic solutions.
