Community Invited to Celebrate
the Expansion of Geng Road RV Safe Parking Lot in Palo Alto

PALO ALTO, CA – MOVE Mountain View is pleased to invite the community to an open house celebrating the expansion of the Geng Road RV Safe Parking Lot in Palo Alto. The event will take place on March 21, 2025, at 2:00 PM, providing community members with the opportunity to see firsthand the efforts to support unhoused individuals in the area.

The expansion of the Geng Road site is a testament to the collective effort of the Palo Alto community in addressing homelessness with compassion and practical solutions. Attendees will hear from key stakeholders about the impact of the project, followed by a formal program at 2:30 PM and a guided tour of the facility at 3:00 PM. Light refreshments will be served.

“This expansion represents the power of community collaboration in creating a meaningful difference for our unhoused neighbors,” said Amber Stime, Program Coordinator at MOVE Mountain View. “We are excited to welcome the public to see the progress and learn more about the safe parking program.”

This event is open to all who wish to learn more and support local efforts in addressing homelessness.
